My Role at Nexus Alpha LPS
I joined the company in 2016 as an engineer building, installing and supporting our systems. I have progressed to managing our clients, supporting them through various stages of their projects. This allows us to provide our clients with what they want with the best value whilst being there for them when they need us.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy walking and cycling in the countryside, spending time looking out at the beauty of nature. I often walk to my local team ground The Fleet to support them which is a healthy 8 mile round trip. I also play in my local pool and darts leagues although I will admit I wish I was better at both.
My fun fact
I once did a job for David Suchet who made me a lovely cup of tea and I once worked off Tetney Monobouy in 120mph gusts of wind and driving rain, nearly getting blown off the Monkey Island!
Russell Sangha
Production Manager
My Role at Nexus Alpha LPS
I joined the company in 2007 in the role of electronics technician. I assisted with assembly and commissioning of new systems, alongside providing hands on support to existing systems in the field. My role quickly expanded and I was heavily involved with the mechanical and electronic design of the first generation Chronos systems. Today I am Production Manager and oversee the design and build of new systems and still getting my hands dirty when I can.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love being in nature and like to experience it in lots of ways, climbing, hiking, touring on a bicycle or something with an engine. I am a huge motorsport fan and like to see it in person as often as I can.
My fun fact
I once slid around 50m down a hill after coming off my bicycle on a muddy road. I have run over my own foot. More than once!
Jacob Morgan
Junior Hardware/Mechanical Support Engineer
My Role at Nexus Alpha LPS
I joined the Company in October 2023 to support projects and production working alongside the software and electronics design teams and assisting with client installations across the Country.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I like to keep active, play badminton and enjoy art & museums.
My fun fact
I once booked a beautiful hotel in Italy purely because of the view, only to find when we arrived it was a 45-minute uphill walk every time we went out!
Teja Male
Electronics Technician
My Role at Nexus Alpha LPS
I joined Nexus Alpha LPS in June 2025 to support the assembly and production of LPS products in line with client delivery timelines. My role also involves working closely with the software team to test product functionality, assist in identifying and debugging any technical issues.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I moonlight as a part-time chef, cooking delicious South Indian food. While I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me binge-watching TV series, catching up with my family across the globe, or out and about with friends in search of good food and better stories. I’m also working on improving my physical and mental wellbeing.
Amith Raj Nataraj
Electronics Technician
My Role at Nexus Alpha LPS
As an Electronics Technician, I’m responsible for assembling and testing low-power display systems to ensure they meet quality standards. I also support on-site installations and commissioning, working closely with design and software teams. Occasionally, my role requires travel across the UK for installations, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy learning new things, trying out new cuisine, and browsing different job roles just out of curiosity. I also enjoy traveling to new places and exploring different cultures and experiences.
My fun fact
My friend and I decided to finally try this Ethiopian restaurant we’d been hearing about for ages. The reviews were amazing, so we drove 40 miles... only to find out the whole building had been demolished the day before. Talk about a food road trip fail!
